Because our jewelry is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once production has begun. This includes situations where:
- A change of mind or cancellation occurs after the order is placed.
- Incorrect names, text, or photos were uploaded during checkout.
We highly recommend adding our Package Protection at checkout.
- With Package Protection: You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if your package is lost or damaged during transit.
- Without Package Protection: We cannot be held responsible for transit issues, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
